"Very good"
Had a very pleasant stay at Berlin Hotel. It's simple but neat and clean, with more spacious rooms and more comfortable beds than many budget hotels I've stayed in and many rooms have a private shower in them. Centrally located, it's an excellent base for exploring Cairo whether by subway or taxi. Free breakfast is included, and the staff are very kind.

The rooms are huge, with high ceilings, location is very good, owner is trying the best to welcome and take care using phone, the staff is nice even if they don't speak English. Cheap for downtown.

I loved this place. The hotel isn't perfect, the conditions aren't pristine, but the vibe is great, and the staff are lovely warm people. I had a very nice stay despite the old and less maintained quality of the hotel. It has charm and that's better than a sterile and soulless 5 star hotel. I'd stay there again 100%.

Basic but cheap, authentic Egyptian property not a bland hotel building. Good service from all concerned, and booked me a taxi for the day to sightsee which was worth it.

The man in the reception is very kind and helpful.So does Mr Hisham, the manager of the Hotel.He told me to feel free to call him at any time I wish if I need any kind of information or help.
